Meet the Leadership Team at Qualis Roofing & Construction

The Co-Founders Behind Every Qualis Project

Qualis Roofing & Construction was founded on a simple idea: build a company where people come first. Our three co-founders bring decades of experience in entrepreneurship, enterprise technology, operations and commercial construction to every roofing, storm restoration, remodeling and outdoor living project across Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin.

Co-Founder & CEO

Kelly Foster

Kelly Foster is the Co-Founder & CEO of Qualis Roofing & Construction, bringing decades of entrepreneurial experience and a passion for building successful businesses, developing people, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

A graduate of Abilene Christian University with a degree in Mathematics, Kelly began his career in education before transitioning into entrepreneurship, founding and leading successful companies in the technology, cybersecurity, and roofing industries. He remains actively involved with ACU, serving on the university’s entrepreneurship advisory board and mentoring the next generation of business leaders.

Kelly believes that great companies are built on strong relationships, a commitment to excellence, and a culture that puts people first. Outside of work, he enjoys competing in Ironman triathlons, golfing, skiing, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Carrie, and their two sons, Dawson and Kellar.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Brian Evans

Brian Evans is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Qualis Roofing & Construction, serving homeowners and businesses across Dallas-Fort Worth with residential and commercial roofing, storm restoration, remodeling and outdoor living projects. As COO, Brian oversees day-to-day operations. He makes sure every project runs on schedule, is built right and gives customers a smooth experience from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.

Before co-founding Qualis, Brian built his career in enterprise technology at Microsoft and Workday, two of the world’s leading software companies. There he worked with large organizations to streamline complex operations, improve their systems and get measurable results. He brings that same focus on technology, data and process to Qualis, using modern tools to keep projects transparent, communication clear and customers informed at every step.

Brian was born and raised in Arlington, Texas, where he lives with his wife, Autumn, and their family.

Co-Founder & Partner

Chris Chambers

Chris Chambers is a Co-Founder and Partner of Qualis Roofing & Construction, and he leads its commercial and construction work. Qualis serves homeowners and businesses across Dallas-Fort Worth with residential and commercial roofing, storm restoration, remodeling and outdoor living projects. Chris runs the company’s commercial division and oversees construction from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. He works to make sure every customer gets clear communication, quality workmanship and a smooth, dependable experience from start to finish.

Before co-founding Qualis, Chris spent more than two decades in commercial sales. He worked for ten years at Texas AirSystems and, before that, more than a decade at Bartos Industries. That background in building systems and long-term client relationships shapes how he works at Qualis: he listens first, sets clear expectations and follows through.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Baylor University, and he lives in Arlington, Texas, with his family.
